1. Service Booking Cancellation
At Veerova.com, we aim to provide smooth and transparent service to all users, vendors, and
customers.
Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully:
- Users may cancel a service order before the vendor confirms the booking.
- Once the vendor has accepted and started the job, cancellation is not allowed.
- Platform fees (₹10.04 or updated amount) are non-refundable.
2. Vendor Cancellation
- If a vendor cancels the order, the user may choose another vendor OR get a refund (only if
service not started).
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Amount is refunded to original payment method.
- Bank or payment gateway delays are not our responsibility.
4. No Refund Conditions
- Completed services
- User–vendor quality disputes
- Incorrect information by customer

- We do not provide or execute services ourselves.
2. User Responsibilities

- Pay required platform fees.

3. Vendor Responsibilities
- Provide legal and genuine services.
- Reach customer on time.
Shipping & Service Delivery Policy
Veerova.com does not ship physical products; we provide digital booking services.
1. Service Delivery
- Users receive vendor details after platform fee payment.
- Confirmation via SMS / WhatsApp / Dashboard.
2. Service Time
- Vendors attempt to reach within estimated time.
- Delays may occur due to traffic or weather.
3. Digital Deliverables
- Invoices and confirmations sent digitally.
